The Bianco IGT "Sburon" Bio by Braschi is a white wine with typical geographical indication produced following organic farming standards. Visually it shows a bright straw colour. On the nose it tends toward delicate, non-intrusive aromas: white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit alternate with slightly herbaceous notes and a perceptible mineral streak. On the palate it maintains a balanced profile, with fresh acidity supporting the structure and a light to medium body; persistence is pleasant and the clean finish invites another sip.

Best consumed relatively young, it should be served chilled and pairs well with lighter dishes: raw seafood, fish starters, salads, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. It is also suitable for informal occasions or everyday meals when a versatile, easy-drinking white is desired. Store in a cool, dark place; serve in medium tulip glasses at around 8–10 °C.
