The Bianco Sharis IGT from Livio Felluga presents as a modern-leaning white wine with a clear IGT identity. In the glass it shows a luminous straw colour; on the nose it opens with delicate floral notes and hints of white‑fleshed fruit, accompanied by a touch of aromatic herbs. The aromatic profile is clean and linear, supported by balanced freshness and a moderate body that makes the wine easy and immediate to drink.

On the palate it confirms the sense of clarity, with lively acidity that maintains balance and a slight salinity that adds character to the finish. It pairs well with seafood starters, fish and shellfish dishes, and light preparations of white meat and vegetables. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, preferably in large glasses to appreciate the aromas; it is advisable to drink it within the first years to best enjoy its freshness in the bottle.

Winery history
Founded by Livio Felluga in 1956 after the post‑war rebuilding; Livio is regarded as the 'patriarch' of Friulian winemaking (he died in the night between Dec 21–22, 2016). The estate is family‑run (children Maurizio, Filippo, Elda and Andrea). The wine 'Illivio' was created by his children in 1998 and dedicated to him for his 85th birthday.
Production philosophy

Terroir and vineyards
