Richenza is a Venezia Giulia IGT white wine produced by Vigna Petrussa. This refined cuvée combines Friulano, Istrian Malvasia, Rhine Riesling and Picolit from old native vines. It has an elegant golden-yellow colour in the glass. The nose is fine, persistent and harmonious, while the palate is soft and velvety, supported by pronounced structure and a lingering finish. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, preserving the wine’s balance and aromatic expression.
The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques and then rests for a further 6 months in bottle. This maturation contributes to its complexity and harmony. Richenza reaches maturity after approximately three years from the harvest, with its ideal ageing plateau between the fifth and sixth year. Serve at 8-10 °C with appetisers, creamy soups, shellfish, roasted fish, fermented cheeses, tartare, sushi, tempura, ceviche and dim sum. A structured, elegant white wine designed to bring depth and persistence to the table.
