Scavi & Ray Blanc de Blancs Millesimato shows a bright straw color and fine, persistent bubbles that gracefully accompany the glass. On the nose there are notes of green apple and delicate citrus, nuances of white flowers and a faint hint of yeast and fresh bread that add depth without weighing it down; the character is elegant, bright and immediate, supported by good acidity that provides balance and lift.

On the palate the sip is smooth, savory and clean: restrained structure but good personality, with a finish that returns to citrus tones and light biscuity accents. Excellent for an aperitif, it pairs easily with shellfish, carpaccios and seafood starters, and can accompany more delicate fish dishes; serve chilled to enhance its freshness and drinkability.
