Fresh and bright in the glass, this Prosecco DOC from Scavi & Ray displays fine, lively bubbles that open on the nose with delicate scents of white flowers, green apple and pear, with a hint of citrus that gives it lift. The color is pale straw with greenish reflections; the palate is lean, supported by fresh acidity and a light minerality that makes it very drinkable. It’s a wine that favors clarity and immediacy rather than over-structure, balanced and pleasant.

On the palate the texture is smooth and slightly creamy, with medium persistence and a clean finish that invites another glass. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs with seafood starters, delicate crudo, sushi, small fried snacks and fresh cheeses; it’s also well suited to brunches and informal meals. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in a flute to highlight the perlage: a versatile, approachable yet well-crafted sparkling wine meant to be enjoyed in company.
