Blanc de Noir Spumante Brut by Austo presents a straightforward and pleasant profile: fine, continuous perlage that supports a delicate color, straw-yellow with slight pink reflections. On the nose there is a pleasant fusion of barely hinted fresh red fruit and more neutral notes of white peach, accompanied by hints of bread crust and almond that add depth without weighing it down. Freshness and sapidity are well balanced, offering a smooth sip recognizable for its balance rather than for aromatic excesses.

On the palate the bubbles are lively but never intrusive: the body is moderate, the texture is creamy in the mid-palate and remains lean toward the finish, which closes clean and persistent. It works well as an aperitif but holds up gracefully with dishes of delicate fish, shellfish or light, flavorful preparations; also excellent with finger food and savory tarts. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, to appreciate its clarity and pleasant drinkability.
