A Friulian Cabernet Franc that shows immediate sensations of freshness and vigor. Genuine, on the nose you perceive ripe red fruits, strawberry and cherry, with light herbaceous notes and green pepper that underline its varietal profile; there is also a mineral streak that adds clarity. On the palate it is slim but satisfying, supported by lively acidity and soft tannins that keep the structure elegant; the finish is persistent and savory, with echoes of spice and floral hints.

Suitable for everyday drinking but also to accompany more structured dishes: oven‑roasted white meats, mushroom ragù, semi‑aged cheeses. Serve cool, around 15–17 °C, to capture the pleasant tension and drinkability typical of the variety in temperate climates; it is also enjoyable with herb-based preparations that reflect its vegetal note. A wine with a frank, approachable and versatile character, suited to those seeking personality without excess.
