Pitars' Cabernet Franc presents an elegant and immediate profile: bright ruby color, aromas of ripe small red berries with delicate herbal notes, a touch of pepper and floral hints that make it lively on the nose. It is a wine of fine structure, not overloaded, where freshness and minerality work in balance with measured tannins; its texture allows you to appreciate both the fruit and a subtle earthy character that adds depth without weighing it down.

On the palate it confirms the impression of balance, with medium body and a linear progression that leaves room for soft sensations and a savory, persistent finish. It pairs well with everyday dishes — grilled meats, tomato-based sauces and aged cheeses — but is also pleasant with roasted vegetables and medium-bodied dishes. Serve at around 16–18 °C; a short time in bottle improves its harmony, but it is enjoyable even when young.
