In the glass it shows a very fine perlage and a pale straw color. On the nose there is a distinct profile of fresh citrus and green apple, accompanied by white flowers and subtle notes of yeast and bread crust, a sign of the long contact with the lees typical of the denomination. The absence of added dosage makes the palate dry and direct, supported by lively acidity and pronounced salinity; the structure is lean yet present, with a clear persistence that invites another sip.

A Franciacorta ideal for those seeking precision and aromatic cleanliness: perfect as an aperitif or with raw seafood, oysters and carpaccios, it also pairs well with crunchy dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled to bring out its tension and the fineness of the bubbles; its dry character also makes it versatile with citrus- and herb-based preparations. Recommended for those who prefer dry, vibrant, and characterful bubbles.
