Belle Epoque Rosé in magnum format, housed in a wooden case, expresses a refined and seductive character. On the nose it opens with rose petals and small red fruits, with a citrus note that preserves freshness; the effervescence is fine and enveloping, supporting an elegant structure without weighing it down. The overall impression shows a balance between softness and tension, with a saline texture accompanying a pleasantly fruity finish.

On the palate the sip is round yet vibrant: the effervescence caresses the palate while the acidity ensures cleanliness and lift, and the finish retains delicate floral notes. The magnum enhances the aromatic depth and the bottle's impressive presence; serve at around 8–10 °C. It already provides satisfying sensations. Ideal pairings include shellfish and sashimi, delicate fish dishes, light white meats and desserts featuring red fruits.
