Champagne Le Biographe Extra Brut - Lacroix - Triaulaire opens with a lovely clarity: fine, persistent perlage and a dry character that immediately highlights freshness and precision.

On the nose there are notes of ripe citrus, green apple and a hint of bread crust; on the palate the sip is taut, dominated by lively acidity and a saline element that supports the drink without weighing it down. There is a pleasant linearity in the aromatic profile, with a slight minerality that adds lift and invites another sip. This Champagne is designed for those who love clean, characterful bubbles: it works very well as an aperitif but also finds its place alongside seafood dishes, shellfish and fried preparations where its freshness cleans the palate. Serve chilled, in a flute or narrow tulip to preserve the fineness of the bubbles; excellent when you want a dry, precise and gastronomically versatile palate.
