Pairing Aperitifs, fish, shellfish
Poesie Fruitee Rosé Extra Brut di Lacroix - Triaulaire is a Champagne that favors freshness and precision on the palate. The perlage is fine and continuous, and the pale pink color introduces an aromatic profile dominated by delicate red fruits and barely perceptible citrus hints. The style is dry and taut thanks to the low residual sugar, with lively acidity that balances the structure; the salinity supports the palate, leaving a clean and inviting sensation.

It lends itself to many pairings: it enhances raw seafood and shellfish, gently accompanies seafood dishes, light white meats and fresh cheeses, and stands up well to summer appetizers or not-too-sweet fruit desserts. Serve well chilled to highlight the freshness and saline component; the vibrant tension and moderate persistence make it suitable both for aperitifs and for light courses, when you’re looking for an elegant wine that is nonetheless directed toward flavor.
