The Champagne Rosé Second Skin from Ruinart shows a pale pink hue with luminous highlights, offering a fresh, fragrant character. On the nose there are impressions of ripe red fruit, a delicate floral note and mineral hints that blend with pleasant freshness. On the palate it is sapid and harmonious, with fine bubbles supporting a soft texture; acidity is balanced and the flavor persistence brings small fruity echoes and a clean, uplifted finish. The structure displays pleasing roundness without weight, with a good balance between fruit and acidity. The overall impression is elegant and approachable.

It should be served chilled in not overly wide champagne glasses to preserve the bubbles and aromas; recommended temperature around 8–10 °C. It suits a refined aperitif, gently prepared fish and shellfish dishes, light white meats or mildly sweet desserts based on red fruit. Ideal for convivial occasions and for those seeking a versatile, characterful rosé champagne without excess. It also lends itself to be enjoyed on its own, as a characterful wine for celebrating special moments.
