Ballarin Chardonnay Langhe DOC offers a clean, well-balanced profile, with aromas of Golden apple and ripe pear, softened by citrus notes and a slight mineral hint. The sip is juicy without being exuberant: medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a texture that caresses the palate, leaving a pleasant sapidity. It doesn't seek aromatic excesses but aims for cleanliness and precision, resulting in an elegant and very drinkable wine.

Served chilled, it brings out its freshness and aromatic-flavor persistence; it is ideal with simply prepared fish dishes, shellfish, white meats and soft cheeses, or as an aperitif wine for those who prefer something dry yet soft. Suitable for early drinking, it nevertheless has the structure to withstand a few months in the cellar. A solid choice for those looking for a modern, measured style of Chardonnay, capable of complementing the table without overpowering it.
