This Chardonnay Veneto IGT from Torresella offers a bright, immediate profile, characterized by white-fleshed fruit and citrus hints that don’t detract from the wine’s clean, fresh palate. On the nose there are nuances of apple and pear, a light floral note and a soft sensation that supports its drinkability; on the palate it shows medium body, balanced acidity and a saline texture that makes the wine smooth yet well-structured, with a pleasant, unobtrusive persistence. The finish remains dry and pleasantly elegant.

It is well suited to be enjoyed young and luminous, ideal to accompany delicate fish dishes, shellfish, risotto alla Milanese or light chicken mains; it also complements boards with fresh cheeses and not-too-aged cured meats. Serve at around 8-10 °C in a large glass to appreciate its aromatic profile; its versatility makes it a good everyday companion and an easy choice for informal dinners seeking balance and pleasure.
