The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Novecento Jeroboam from Dievole is a red wine that embodies excellence in Tuscan winemaking tradition. Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, grown on calcareous and clay soils, this wine stands out for its complex and refined organoleptic profile, enhanced by aging in oak barrels for at least 18 months, followed by further refinement in the bottle.

Visually, the Chianti Classico Riserva Novecento presents a deep and alluring ruby red color. On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched with spicy hints of black pepper and vanilla, stemming from the wood aging process. On the palate, the wine is structured and well-balanced, characterized by soft yet incisive tannins and a pleasant freshness that ensures a delightful and lasting sip.

The Jeroboam version, with its 3-liter bottle, is ideal for special occasions, providing not only a striking visual impact but also a slower and more gradual evolution of the wine, which can further enhance the complexity of its aromas and flavors.

The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Novecento Jeroboam from Dievole pairs wonderfully with robust Italian dishes such as red meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It is also perfect as a meditation wine, to be savored slowly to appreciate all its nuances. A true gem of Tuscan viticulture, ideal for wine lovers seeking an intense and memorable sensory experience.
