The Chinato Lulì di Vergano is an excellence born from the skillful infusion of Moscato, the aromatic grape variety par excellence of the Piedmontese tradition. The production area, characterized by a cool climate and calcareous-clayey soils, gives this chinato a particularly fresh and enveloping structure.

The Moscato used offers intense notes of white flowers, apricot, and honey, which harmoniously blend with the aromatic spices typical of chinato, such as cinchona and cinnamon. The aging process, which includes a long maceration of herbs followed by resting in wooden barrels, provides balance and complexity, enriching the product with slightly bitter and balsamic nuances.

On the palate, it is soft, elegant, with a sweetness balanced by the typical freshness of Moscato. Perfect as a refined aperitif or to accompany dry desserts, dark chocolate, or blue cheeses, the Chinato Lulì tells with intensity the link between the territory and craftsmanship, offering a unique and engaging sensory experience.
