The Cirò Rosè DOC Mabilia from Ippolito shows a pale, bright pink. On the nose it offers impressions of small red fruits, hints of fresh flowers and light citrus notes that add liveliness without excess. The aromatic profile is straightforward and sincere, without affectation, reflecting a cellar approach focused on fruit clarity and drinkability.

On the palate it displays a pleasant balance of freshness and sapidity: the fruit is present but not overpowering, acidity supports the structure and the finish remains smooth, suited to immediate consumption. It pairs easily with seafood starters, composed salads, light fish dishes and summer cuisine; also try with fresh cheeses and delicate cold cuts. Serve at about 10–12 °C in not overly large glasses to appreciate its liveliness and clean aromatics. Also suitable as an aperitif, for summer buffets and informal meals; best enjoyed within the first few years. Store away from light and extreme temperatures.
