Winery Cantine Vincenzo Ippolito (Ippolito 1845)

Founded in 1845 by Vincenzo Ippolito in Cirò Marina, the estate has remained family-run for generations; over the decades it adopted modern winemaking techniques (cellars, wooden casks) and began bottling and exporting, becoming a historic presence in Calabrian wine.

Promotion of local grape varieties (e.g. Gaglioppo, Greco Nero), protection of the land, respect for traditions and biodiversity; in recent years the estate has undertaken renewal and sustainability initiatives in vineyard and cellar.
