With a bright ruby red color, this Cirò Rosso DOC presents a frank, direct bouquet, where ripe red fruits and wild berry notes emerge, accompanied by balsamic hints and light spicy nuances. On the nose there are also earthy tones and a touch of black pepper, without excess; the whole remains clean and focused, with good definition of the aromas that invites tasting.

On the palate it shows a medium-full body, present but well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity that supports drinkability; the finish is savory and persistent with fruity and spicy echoes. The designation 'Riserva' on the label indicates a version intended for those seeking greater structure and depth compared to the base version. It pairs with roasts, grilled meats and aged cheeses; early opening and service around 16–18 °C are recommended to appreciate its complexity and freshness. In the glass a measured concentration and a smooth tannic texture are evident, which facilitate pairing with flavorful dishes. A short decantation helps aromatic opening.
