The Coteaux Vendômois Chenin Blanc Sec Pierre à Feu by Patrice Colin is a captivating example, produced in the picturesque hills of the Loire region in France. This wine is made from the Chenin Blanc grape variety, known for its versatility and its ability to precisely reflect the terroir from which it originates.

Described by a straw yellow color with bright reflections, the Pierre à Feu showcases an intensely floral and fruity aromatic bouquet. Notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers dominate the aromatic profile, enriched by a slight touch of minerality reminiscent of flintstone, from which it derives its name. On the palate, the wine presents itself as dry, with a lively acidity that perfectly balances its medium body.

Ideal for accompanying dishes of fish, seafood, or fresh goat cheeses, this Chenin Blanc Sec is also an excellent aperitif. Its finesse and elegance make it a wine suitable for special occasions or as a gift for enthusiasts of characterful white wines. Crafted with care and expertise, Patrice Colin’s creation is a testament to the unique qualities of the Coteaux Vendômois terroir.
