The Dalis Rosso by Endrizzi is a captivating wine that captures the essence of native Trentino varieties along with the elegance of international grape varieties. This blend exemplifies the harmony between innovation and tradition, fundamental pillars of the Endrizzi winery philosophy.

Produced in the beautiful region of Trentino-Alto Adige, the Dalis Rosso stands out for its vibrant ruby red color and its intense and persistent aroma. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits like cherries and blackberries emerge, enriched by a slight spicy touch of black pepper and an underlying hint of vanilla and tobacco, due to light aging in barrels.

On the palate, the Dalis Rosso by Endrizzi presents a balanced and harmonious structure. The attack is soft, with fine but well-present tannins leading to a pleasantly long and velvety finish. Its acidity is well-balanced, making it a versatile wine, perfect for accompanying a wide range of dishes from grilled red meat, mushroom-based dishes, to game and aged cheeses.

With medium aging potential, this wine can be enjoyed young or left to rest in the cellar for several years, where it will continue to evolve, developing even greater complexity.

Recommended for those who appreciate a wine with character and depth, the Dalis Rosso is an excellent choice for a special dinner or as a gift for wine enthusiasts. Its balanced stature and intriguing aromatic profile make it a benchmark among Trentino reds.
