The Riesling Trentino by Endrizzi is a white wine that embodies the freshness and purity of vines cultivated on the mountainous slopes of Trentino-Alto Adige. This region is renowned for its ability to produce high-quality wines thanks to its unique climate, characterized by fresh alpine breezes and abundant sunlight.

The Riesling produced by Endrizzi offers an aromatic bouquet reminiscent of wildflowers and fruity notes, with a particular accent on citrus fruits such as lime and lemon, enriched by hints of green apple and a slight minerality that reflects the mountainous terroir. Fermentation and aging in steel tanks preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit, allowing these characteristics to shine through.

On the palate, the liveliness of the acidity is balanced by a discreet sweetness, making the wine complex yet very pleasant to the taste. This balance creates a structure that pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from fish-based cuisine to light starters and rich salads.

Endrizzi's Riesling is an excellent example of how the terroir of Trentino can be expressed through a grape variety of German origin, resulting in a wine that is both internationally resonant and locally distinctive. With an aging potential that allows its flavors and complexity to further develop, this wine is suited for enjoyment both young and after some years of maturation in the cellar.
