The Bianco DOC Collio by Formentini dal Collio is a white wine that represents the excellence of the wine production of Collio, one of the most prestigious and internationally recognized areas for the production of high quality white wines. This wine is the result of a skilful selection of the best white grapes in the area, which benefit from an ideal microclimate and soils particularly suitable for viticulture.
Visually, it has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. On the nose, it offers a complex and aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as peach and apple, enriched by floral nuances and a light mineral note, which reflects the uniqueness of the Collio terroir.
On the palate, this white wine from Formentini dal Collio reveals an excellent structure and a perfect balance between acidity and body. The freshness is accompanied by intense flavors of ripe fruit and a subtle minerality, which gives elegance and persistence to the sip.
