Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses, typical Piedmont dishes
In the glass it shows a bright ruby color, transparent and inviting: the Dogliani DOCG 2025 from Trediberri opens with aromas of fresh cherry, small red berries and a floral hint of violet, never feeling overpowering. You perceive a clean, immediate aromatic profile, supported by a fresh energy that keeps the wine lively and pleasant, with a balance between fruit and light spicy notes in the background. The palate is sleek but well-defined, medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a salinity that pushes the drink toward a slightly bitter, characteristic and enjoyable finish.

Drinkable now at around 16–18°C, it pairs ideally with cured meats, pasta with rustic sauces, pizza and medium-aged cheeses; it also works well with simple white meat dishes. A Dogliani that speaks of immediacy, drinkability and everyday character without sacrificing personality.

Trediberri – Winery in Piemonte

Discover the story and wines of Trediberri.

Family-run, artisanal winery in La Morra (Piedmont) founded by the three partners who gave their name to the winery. It produces Barolo, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dogliani and other wines linked to the local crus.
Region: Piemonte
Country: Italia
Founded: 2007
Grapes: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Sauvignon Blanc
Name derived from the three partners and the Berri hamlet of La Morra. Production focused on Nebbiolo, Barolo and wines from the Langhe. Flexible winemaking approach: concrete, wood and steel depending on the vintage. Labels illustrated by the artist Pierflavio Gallina Vineyards in recognized crus of La Morra
Winery history
The winery originated as a project by three partners, who in 2007 purchased a vineyard in the Berri hamlet of La Morra. The first label was released in early 2010. Since then the estate has developed vineyards in the area and primarily vinifies Nebbiolo grapes alongside other varieties typical of the region.
Production philosophy
The approach is artisanal and pragmatic: the focus is on drinkability and balance rather than following rigid protocols. Winemaking varies according to vintage, grape variety and vineyard; the winery mainly uses concrete tanks but also employs wood and steel, adjusting maceration and aging times to achieve balanced wines that are immediately enjoyable.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in La Morra, at the western end of the Barolo zone, the winery works vineyards in MGA sites such as Berri, Rocche dell’Annunziata and Torriglione; it also manages other parcels and management contracts in the wider Langhe area. The Berri vineyard is described as situated at elevations of approximately 370 to 430 m a.s.l.
