Pairing Appetizers, fish, light dishes
Donna Ida Roero Arneis DOCG from Poderi Luigi Einaudi shows a gentle, well-balanced profile. On the nose it opens with scents of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with hints of almond and a light citrus note that never overpowers. The palate is fresh and lean, supported by a pleasant acidity and a salinity that gives it balance; the texture is elegant rather than opulent, with moderate body and a persistence that invites a second glass more than contemplation. This style makes it approachable but not banal, suited to those seeking finesse without losing personality.

At the table look for pairings that respect its delicacy: excellent with seafood starters, shellfish, fish-based first courses and grilled vegetables; it also works well as an aperitif. It should be served well chilled and consumed young to capture its aromatic brightness, yet it also holds up to savory pairings thanks to its acidic backbone and slightly saline texture. A versatile companion for light dinners and for those who prefer wines of measured character.
