A Sangiovese that takes its name from “Doctor Dulcamara” a character in Donizetti's famous opera Elisir d'Amore.
A clean wine with a long tradition, a convivial glass that immediately brings to mind the splendid summer evenings spent outdoors with friends from the first sip. The vinification takes place in steel.
It shows a ruby red color, fruity hints of red fruit arrive on the nose. On the palate it is bright, fruity and extremely harmonious, with well-balanced tannins that give a long finish. The taste is bright and fruity.
A companion suitable for the whole meal, but it goes perfectly with dishes based on beef, pork or lamb, as well as being perfect with first courses with meat sauce.
