The Falanghina Sannio DOC from Mastroberardino is a white wine that expresses its territorial character in a restrained way. In the glass it appears clear with straw-yellow reflections; on the nose it offers notes of fresh citrus, white flowers and hints of green apple and white peach, accompanied by a discreet mineral sensation. On the palate it maintains a saline texture and lively acidity that support a medium-bodied structure, balanced between fruit and freshness. The finish is pleasant without being intrusive, leaving a clean, flavorful close.

This is a versatile white, suitable for early drinking but able to accompany a wide range of dishes. It pairs with vegetable-based starters, grilled fish, light pasta dishes and fresh cheeses; it also works as an aperitif. Recommended serving temperature is around 8–10 °C and a wide glass to enhance the aromas. Label and producer convey a recognizable identity without exaggeration, useful for those seeking a reliable regional white.
