Elegant and immediate, this Favorita from the Langhe expresses a fresh, savory profile without too much apparent complexity: the aromas evoke white flowers, ripe pear and a light citrus peel, supported by a discreet herbal note and a pleasant minerality. The approach is pleasingly straightforward and conveys a gentle personality. The body is slender but coherent, with lively acidity that gives drive to the sip and keeps the palate clean; it doesn't seek to impress by opulence but by balance and ease of pairing.

On the palate it confirms a juicy, sapid texture, with fruity echoes and a slightly almondy finish that invites a second sip. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, and it's ideal as an aperitif wine or paired with not-too-elaborate fish dishes, raw preparations and vegetable antipasti; it also stands up to fresh cheeses and light first courses. Simple but well made, it's a versatile choice for summer picnics and informal dinners: an easy-drinking white with character.
