The Fiano di Avellino DOCG "Radici" from Mastroberardino is a white wine representing the Fiano di Avellino appellation. Offered by the Mastroberardino estate, it is intended as a wine expressing territorial identity and careful cellar work, without aiming to fundamentally alter the varietal character. The Mastroberardino signature is recognised in the region for a quality-oriented approach and respect for local identities. It is aimed at those seeking an Italian white with presence yet restraint, suitable for both everyday moments and more refined occasions.

On the palate it shows a balance between freshness and structure, with a tasting texture that supports the whole drinking experience without excess; the persistence aligns with the overall profile. It pairs well with fish, shellfish, vegetable-based dishes and fresh cheeses, and can accompany light meals or flavorful starters. It also lends itself to pairings with regional and Mediterranean dishes. It is recommended to serve it at a moderate temperature and to consume it within a timeframe that preserves its liveliness, to best appreciate its characteristics.
