Pairing Aperitifs, fish, shellfish, light dishes
Franciacorta Brut Rosé by Facchetti displays a pale pink color with coppery reflections and a fine, persistent perlage that invites sipping. On the nose it is fresh and restrained: it recalls small ripe red berries, a light floral note and a base of toasted bread that adds complexity without weighing it down. A subtle mineral note accompanies the fruit, helping to make the profile more linear; the overall impression is one of elegance and cleanliness, with a balance between vibrant acidity and a discreet softness that keeps the sip flowing.

On the palate it shows a lively, saline texture well integrated with the bubbles; the body is medium, with good persistence that brings back fruity echoes and a slight citrus note on the finish. It pairs pleasantly with fish starters, shellfish and light meat preparations and stands up well to fresh cheeses; it is also suitable for sushi and delicate finger food. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, to appreciate its freshness and balance. A Franciacorta suitable both for the aperitif and for more composed convivial moments.
