Elegant and measured, this bubbly displays a fine, persistent perlage that heralds a precise, sparkling sip. The aromatic profile leans toward ripe white fruit and white flowers, accompanied by light biscuity nuances that add depth without weighing it down; the overall impression is one of balance and control, with a freshness that keeps the structure lively. The aromatic texture is immediate yet composed, suitable for those seeking a refined expression of the terroir without excess.

On the palate there is pleasing sapidity and a smoothness that support a balanced body; the effervescence is integrated and delivers a clean, slightly savory finish. Excellent as a substantial aperitif, it pairs well with delicate seafood dishes, shellfish and creamy preparations, but also stands up to fish-based first courses or light white meats. Serve cool, without over-chilling, to capture the best aromatic window.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
