An elegant, fresh Franciacorta with great taste-olfactory persistence. Its realization includes a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes with an age of about 25 years, vinified with skill to offer a modern and gritty product. Maturation takes place in steel and pièces, with refermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees, second course the Classic Method. A bubble that best enhances the Franciacorta area, with a proposal full of freshness and aroma, and a characteristic and enviable gustatory balance.
In the glass, its beautiful antique pink color can be admired, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses a bouquet characterized by a perfect fusion of floral aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits, with citrus references of lychee and pomegranate, followed by more complex notes of cocoa and white chocolate. The sip is fresh and delicate characterized by a creamy taste that enters balanced and flowing.
Perfect as an aperitif, Alma Rosé Gran Cuvée is also an excellent goblet to accompany appetizers and fish first courses, sushi and raw seafood.
