Friulano DOP Isonzo del Friuli - Colmello di Grotta is born from the fertile lands of the Isonzo area, famous for its rich alluvial soils and the moderating influence of the temperate climate. This white wine, made from the Friulano grape variety, expresses an elegant balance and a defined personality, typical of its territory. Characterized by a bright straw-yellow color, it presents intense aromas of white flowers, fresh almonds, and a delicate herbaceous hint. The palate reveals a pleasant sapidity and harmonious freshness, supported by a soft structure and a slightly bitter finish, which highlights its typicality. The aging takes place in steel, to preserve freshness and primary aromas, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, white meats, and not overly aged cheeses. A refined example of Friulian winemaking art that enhances the native grape variety with care and passion.
