The Friulano from Pitars shows a luminous straw-yellow color and an aromatic profile that recalls white flowers, ripe pear and a slight hint of bitter almond. On the palate it is savory and fresh, supported by a well-balanced acidity that keeps its character lively without making it rigid: the structure is of modest body but convincing, with a pleasant mineral persistence that leaves the mouth clean and ready for another sip. It is a measured and well-mannered wine, able to be immediate without sacrificing a certain complexity.

Suited to attentive service, it performs best at a moderate temperature that highlights its freshness and tension. It pairs ideally with delicate cured meats, fish carpaccios, vegetable soups, herb risottos and fresh cheeses; it also holds up well with crustacean dishes or regional specialties. Perfect for those seeking a quality everyday white to drink with food without overpowering it.
