The Gewurztraminer Hohenstein Dolomiti Biologico - Baron Longo is born in the heart of the Dolomites, an ideal land for this aromatic grape variety, thanks to the temperature variations and the limestone soils rich in minerals. Cultivated according to organic methods, it authentically expresses the territory, guaranteeing a wine that respects the environment and enhances local biodiversity.

In the glass, it shows an intense golden color, while the bouquet releases complex fragrances of roses, lychee, sweet spices, and a hint of citrus, typical of Gewurztraminer. On the palate, it is enveloping, rich, and rounded, with a pleasant freshness that balances its structure and a persistent, slightly spicy finish.

Perfect paired with spicy dishes of Asian cuisine, blue cheeses, or simply as a wine for meditation, it tells the unique elegance of a rare terroir and responsible viticulture.
