This Gewurztraminer Spätlese from Tramin, Alto Adige DOC, presents an immediate and recognizable aromatic profile: notes of rose, lychee and ripe citrus emerge from the glass, accompanied by spicy hints and a contained, light sweetness. On the palate it shows medium body, a balance of softness and acidity, and a persistent aromatic texture recalling exotic fruit and petals. The expressive character remains measured, without excess, allowing a pleasant drinking experience both as an aperitif and with food.

To best enjoy it, serve cool at around 10–12 °C in generous glasses to appreciate the aromas. It pairs with fish in delicate sauces, shellfish, mildly spiced Asian dishes and soft cheeses; it can also accompany fruit-based desserts. It is advisable to open the bottle shortly before serving to preserve its aromatic liveliness. Short-term storage in a cool cellar; for other needs consult the retailer.
