"Sarpa" in Veneto dialect means "marc", the raw material from which Grappa is made. A grappa aged in 225-litre French oak barrels, which give it its wonderful golden amber colour. Sarpa Oro embodies all the passion and tradition handed down over the years, from generation to generation.
This grappa, which over the years has found its maximum expression, is dedicated to lovers of barricaded grappas and to lovers of complex and particular tastes.
A sip is enough to discover and learn about the ancient traditions of a family of Italian distillers, which have marked a piece of history from the late Middle Ages to today. Artisanal distillation with discontinuous water-bath stills (copper boilers) for grappas and distillates; a vacuum water-bath still (Crysopea) is used for some gin references.
