Garofoli's Grappa Podium Bianca presents itself as a crisp, vibrant distillate with a frank, clean aromatic profile. On the nose it offers an immediate picture of ripe white fruit and floral hints, supported by a light spiciness that creates movement without weighing it down; the impression is of purity and concentration together. The sip is direct yet rounded, with balanced warmth that doesn't overpower, leaving room for a fresh sapidity that keeps the drinking smooth and immediately engaging.

On the palate it shows a linear, well-defined structure: the initial softness gives way to a dry, persistent finish, ideal for those looking for a distillate to enjoy neat. It works well as an after-dinner digestif, to be served in a small glass at cellar temperature, and pairs discreetly with dark chocolate, dry pastries, or hard cheeses. A versatile choice for those who appreciate a clean, balanced white grappa that is easy to drink, to keep on hand for convivial moments.

Garofoli is a historic winery from the Marche that, in addition to wines, offers a small selection of distillates made from grapes and pomace from its own productions: grappa (white and aged) and a brandy aged over 12 years.
