Joy Rosato Piemonte DOC by Bersano presents itself with a delicate pink and an immediate liveliness that makes it easy and pleasant at first approach. On the nose there are light notes of small red berries and hints of citrus and white flowers, without excess; it is a wine of balance, fresh and straightforward, with a saline sensation that supports the aromatic profile. The structure is slim but well defined, suitable for those looking for a drinkable rosé with character. It is ideal served well chilled to enhance its drinkability.

On the palate the sip is fresh, smooth and clean, with a softness that does not hide a nice acidic drive and a pleasant persistence on the finish. It works well served chilled as an aperitif, but finds natural company with light dishes: seafood salads, grilled fish, appetizers and delicate cured meats. Versatile and approachable, it’s a rosé to be enjoyed young to appreciate its freshness and fragrant profile. Perfect for informal moments but also able to accompany light dinners with grace.
