La Licorne Armagnac Millesime 1994 presents a measured, concentrated profile in which the maturity of the vintage emerges without ostentation. On the nose there are impressions of dried and stewed fruit — plum and fig — accompanied by warm notes of caramel, sweet tobacco and a subtle, well-integrated wood note; the whole remains clean and inviting, a sign of balance between substance and aromatic range. The character is elegant rather than overpowering, made for those who appreciate finesse as well as depth.

On the palate it surprises with roundness and warmth, with a soft entry and a progression that builds body without weighing it down: the sapidity supports the aromas and the persistence is pleasant, with returns of honey and sweet spices on the finish. Presented in the classic wooden case, it is an Armagnac suitable both for contemplative tasting and as a gift to keep; serve in small spirit glasses at room temperature, optionally accompanied by dark chocolate or aged cheeses to highlight its complexity.
