The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Secco from Cantine Ambasciatori presents a sober, direct profile, labeled dry. In a light ruby red colour, it offers aromas of small red fruits, raspberry and wild strawberry, with subtle floral hints that keep the bouquet clean and immediate. The fragrance is fresh and restrained, without excess, inviting informal tastings without overpowering food.

On the palate it confirms the dryness indicated on the label, showing light tannins and a lively acidic backbone that keeps the sip dynamic. The finish is clear and fairly persistent relative to the overall structure. Recommended serving temperature around 10-12 °C to enhance freshness and the wine’s agility. It pairs with cured meats, fresh cheeses, starters and everyday dishes such as simple pastas, flavorful pizzas and light stews; a versatile option for those seeking a straightforward, easy-drinking red suitable for informal occasions.
