The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Amabile from Ambasciatori shows an intense ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose it offers a fragrant profile of ripe red fruits — cherry and raspberry — accompanied by subtle floral notes and hints of sweet spice. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a perceptible sweetness well balanced by fresh acidity and moderate tannins. The persistence is pleasant, with fruity echoes that follow through the finish, making it accessible and suitable for those who prefer ready-to-drink red wines.

It pairs naturally with cured meats and fresh cheeses, first courses with light meat sauces and preparations from Emilian cuisine; it is also enjoyable with tomato-based dishes and many mushroom preparations. A cool serving temperature is recommended to emphasize its fruity component and drinkability; open shortly before serving and serve in wide-bowled glasses. The sensory notes and pairings are intended to accompany conviviality and informal meals.
