This Lambrusco Spumante IGT "On'i Otellon'ice" from Ceci shows a bright ruby color and fine perlage, inviting easy enjoyment. On the nose it offers notes of small red fruits like cherry and strawberry, with a light floral hint and delicate spice. The foam is lively and the perlage persistent, contributing to a fresh, immediate aromatic impression without ostentatious winemaking.

On the palate the wine maintains a slim structure, with soft tannins and acidity that supports drinkability, making it pleasant and easy-flowing. Residual sugar appears balanced against the liveliness of the perlage, suiting informal pairings: home-style dishes, light cured meats, fresh cheeses, pizza and antipasti. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, and a wide glass helps to appreciate the aromas; the finish is savory and ready to drink. A choice for those seeking a readily enjoyable red sparkle, without artifice, to be consumed young.
