The Langhe DOC Rosso Monpra from Conterno Fantino presents a clear, measured identity: medium-intensity ruby color and appealing clarity with lively highlights. On the nose it shows a harmonious, restrained profile with aromas of ripe red fruit, light floral notes and a spicy hint that contributes to a balanced overall impression without excess. The olfactory texture remains direct and inviting, without artifice. Also suitable for those seeking everyday drinkability.

On the palate it confirms a balanced structure, tannins that are present but not intrusive and a freshness that supports the sip; the finish is clean and of good persistence. It suits a range of everyday dishes: white meats, mushroom-based preparations, not overly aged cured meats and medium-mature cheeses. Serve at a moderate temperature, open the bottle shortly before serving to appreciate the aromatic profile, and drink within a few years to enjoy its characteristic freshness.
