Oddero’s Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Magnum is a red wine whose name brings together the Nebbiolo grape and the Langhe DOC designation. The magnum format suits a shared meal or a convivial occasion. With no specific tasting information available, Nebbiolo’s characteristics are best treated as general reference points: this grape often shows aromas of red fruit and floral or spicy notes, with a structure in which pronounced tannins may feature. The expression of an individual wine can naturally vary, and the format alone does not indicate its ageing or development potential.

At the table, it can be served with flavourful dishes such as roast meats, mushroom-based recipes or semi-aged cheeses; choose a pairing to suit the recipe and personal taste. Serving it at a moderate temperature can help bring out its aromas and structure, and it is best not served too warm. The magnum is a practical choice when sharing a bottle with several people, though the format does not imply different characteristics in the wine. An option to consider for those seeking a Nebbiolo from the Langhe DOC designation in a generous format made for convivial occasions.

Winery history
