Pairing Fish, shellfish, light appetizers
Very inviting in the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color and an immediate but not trivial aromatic profile: white flowers, ripe citrus and a hint of white-fleshed fruit blend with a mineral sensation that keeps everything lively and composed. The palate is balanced, with a fresh acidity supporting a well-bodied structure; the impression is consistent between nose and palate, with a savory, persistent finish that invites another sip without being overpowering.

It’s a versatile table white: it pairs well with simply prepared seafood, fish risottos, light white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, to highlight its tension and the clean palate; it remains a practical, characterful choice for those seeking a modern, elegant white that’s immediately enjoyable.
