Elegant and vibrant, this Metodo Classico Lugana Brut expresses a fresh, saline tension that makes it immediately pleasing. In the glass it shows a fine, continuous perlage; the aromatic profile recalls ripe citrus, green apple and a hint of white flowers, followed by light bready notes from extended contact with the yeasts. The whole is clean and well-defined, with a balance that does not indulge in opulence but remains focused on freshness and drinkability.

On the palate it is saline and coherent, with lively acidity that supports the sip and a restrained roundness that lengthens the finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it gracefully accompanies delicate fish dishes, simply prepared shellfish and starters featuring fresh cheeses; it can also work with light first courses based on vegetables or rice. Serve well chilled to showcase the perlage and aromatic clarity, preferably in tulip glasses to capture the finer nuances.
