Martius Rosato Langhe DOC from Poderi Luigi Einaudi shows a pale pink color and a fine, linear aromatic profile. On the nose it reveals aromas of young red fruits and delicate floral hints, accompanied by a slightly citrusy note that adds freshness. The character is measured and restrained: it does not seek excess but balance between aroma and a clean palate, with a pleasant tension that invites a second taste.

On the palate it’s lean, with good acidity that supports the fruit and a salinity that lengthens the finish; the body remains bright, with tannins practically absent or very soft. It’s a rosé for everyday sipping but carefully made, suitable for an elegant aperitif or summer dishes of fish and vegetables, as well as delicate white meats. Serve chilled; its ease and pleasantness make it a versatile choice for those seeking freshness and a clean profile without complications.
