Merlot IGT from SaDiVino presents itself as an accessible, typical red wine. Visually it shows a ruby color of medium intensity with lively highlights. On the nose there are ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by light plum notes and vegetal hints recalling aromatic herbs; the olfactory profile remains restrained and non-intrusive. On the palate it reveals a soft texture, medium body and balanced acidity: the mid‑palate is clean, the tannins are gentle and well rounded, while the finish keeps a pleasant persistence without aggressiveness.

It pairs easily with everyday dishes like cured meats and starters, pasta with sauce, roasted or stewed white meats and medium‑aged cheeses. Thanks to its immediacy it is also suitable for informal lunches and dinners with friends, offering a convivial, unpretentious profile. To enhance its aromas and structure, serve at 16–18 °C and, if preferred, open the bottle a few minutes before serving.
